Best books for Multifamily/Apartment Complexes/MHPs?

I'm curious for those of you in this space, what are the best books to start with for investing in multifamily like apartment complexes or mobile home parks?

Oh man, my own list of have read and still need to read real estate and business books is endless. @John Blanton gave some fantastic recommendations. I would also like to add the ABCs of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy.

For MHPs, there are not a ton of books out there but Glenn Esterson's is pretty good. It's not perfect but any beginner can gleam plenty of gold nuggets from it.

If you really want to learn about MHPs, I would start with @Frank Rolfe's podcast, Mobile Home Park Mastery.

Like I said, my own list is huge so if you ever aren't sure what to read next, just give me a shout! And feel free to message me anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat.

For mobile homes check out the mobile home park store. They have tons of resources

@Richard Tavetian - awesome recommendations already listed. One resource I highly recommend for MHP’s is Kevin Bupp’s Mobile Home Park Investing podcast. Start at episode 1 and go straight through them. It’s outstanding.
