Hi all,

What are some ways/strategies you used to help raise capital for your first investment other than saving from a full time job?

Partner with others, or take a loan from them. The tough part when you're brand new is the fact that you don't have a track record! You can mitigate that by partnering with an experienced investor (perhaps by bringing a deal to the table).
