Hi BP Community, 

Excited to share that after quite some time of savings money and educating myself, I'm ready to purchase my first investment property.

I'm currently interested in small multifamily properties (2-4 units) within Philadelphia in the $100k - $300k price range.

@Daniel Stadlin have you given thought to which areas you want to stay in/away from? Is the 100-300k coming from your cash assets or is it from Hard Money?
