Installing in Ethernet/Coaxial in rental property
I am rehabbing a property that I will be refinancing after the renovations and plan to rent it out. It is an older property so it does not have coaxial/ethernet installed. Should I upgrade from the old telephone jacks?

@Rommel T. I think it makes sense to delete the telephone jacks. No one is going to use them, and they look ugly at this point. I have started focusing on these little things when we turn units. One of my friends even turned me on to changing out some of the outlets to the ones that accept USB for charging phones. Any little thing you do like that can really make a difference.
