Contractor messed up new kitchen cabinet door

Hi, just put a new kitchen in an apartment,  I hired the contractor to install the  new cabinet handles,  I came to check out what he did after I already paid him and I saw that he basically made a hole in the wrong spot and then he just filled it in with some filler he did do it with  the same color but it's a brand new cabinet door...  What could you do?
