Smokers on non-smoke vacation rental
We have just finished rehabbing an apartment, electrical wiring, plumbing, paint, furniture, everything new.
The FIRST vacation rental (Airbnb) host the we received just left and it smelled tobacco like crazy.
We made it very clear it was a non-smoking apartment...
I will report to Airbnb this situation, however, would like to hear what do you guys think of this

@Juan Correia keep a couple cans of Ozium on hand. Have your cleaners spray it if/when necessary and move on. It should be a rare occurrence. We have large no smoking signs on every level inside our STR and we still had a guest smoke inside. Annoying but it's pretty rare. If it happens again spray some Ozium when your property turns over and keep rolling.
