I'm looking to make a website lead gen source. My goal is to find new leads for those who would like to sell their home off-market in my geographic area. Does anyone have a recommendation for a web development service? If so, what domain were they able to create for you?

You are not doing this to try to be succesful. You are doing this because you KNOW you will make it big.
We make 6 figures/month with our $199/month carrot website. Do you honestly think I care about the $200 dollars?
Sure this doesn't still explain why carrot and not something else. Well do a search in your market for we buy house sin city state, or sell my house in city state. Chances are carrot sites are always ranking high.
What they have going under the hood.. all the technical hosting site speed and all that weird stuff... they got that dialed in.
Believe me you want a carrot site!
