New to REI in Chattanooga, TN

My wife and I just moved to Chattanooga, TN, and looking to connect with like minded investors who have interest in rentals. I've always been interested in owning rental properties, but have finally 100% committed to my education and taking action in 2020. I look forward to getting involved in this community, and learning from all of you.

I too will be entering the rental market in 2020. I will be focusing on the Ooltewah/Collegedale area for buy/hold SFR rentals as first priority, and multi family after.
