Hello I am New - In Massachusetts headed to Ohio

Hi Everyone! I am brand new to the site and to the Real Estate world. (I hope I am posting this in the right area) It has always been a lifelong dream of mine to own rental property, and I am finally ready to take the plunge!

I am planning on moving out of my state because breaking into the market in my area doesn’t seem feasible or achievable for me here. Plus I am so ready for change and a challenge in my life.

I am so happy I found this site, it really feels like a Godsend and confirmation that I am making the right choice and sacrifice.
