Newbie starting my education journey and looking for tips

Hi fellow newbies! My name is Molly and I'm located in the Bay Area. I am as fresh as they come and just beginning my real estate investment education. 

There is so much information that, aside from the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, I'm a bit paralyzed by what to read next. Do you have any suggestions for books or blogs you have LOVED? I listen to the BP podcast daily, but looking to get into the nitty-gritty and read some more. Looking to design myself a little syllabus, if you will. Thanks so much!
