Planning on buying a Pocono house

Hello everyone, need some advice again. I am trying to buy a house in Emerald lake/Tobyhanna/East Stroudsburg area. But I am not sure what type of houses have good potential for STR. I saw a Ranch (plain one floor) that I liked and meets my budget. Its closed to all the attraction. But It does not have a porch/deck. Is it a big deal for guests who rent house through airbnb? What attracts guests more?
