Hi Everyone! New East TN Investor

Hello All!

I'm a new member here on the BP platform and so far I'm loving it. I'm looking to begin investing in rental property/BRRRR at the top of the year. I have some financial goals to hit by EOY and I'm on track to do so. I'm currently a Territory Sales Manager for a aftermarket automotive supplier and have over 16 years in the automotive/corporate management field. I'm located in the Tri-Cities area of East TN so if anyone is around and wants to connect/debate/learn please feel free to reach out.
