I have this listing and the investor who was going to buy said it's high for him. Could other landlord investors tell me what your numbers come out to be? 3yr tenant with lease until July 2021. Average rent $1750 in the area BUT she's paying $1500/m. Tenant pays all utilities.
Tenant is responsible for utilities and services: electricity, water and gas under tenants name. Tenant is responsible for making sure filters in the heating and AC unit are changed regularly; and to make sure heat is not below 60F during the winter. |
