Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Tomball.

Purchase price: $20,000
Cash invested: $4,000
Sale price: $50,000

House I owner financed from my uncle (poor health) for 0% interest 10/yrs. House was build back in the late 40's and needed to basically be gutted and redone on the inside as it was an old camp style house. I got most of the sheet rock and fixtures torn out and disposed of and a local investor was driving by seeing me hauling the debris out to my trailer and struck up a conversation. He made an offer on the house, which I eventually accepted.
