As my colleagues mentioned, remote is the way to go. My firm is in Houston, but even before Covid most of our appointments were virtual, via phone and video. Even with local Houston clients. Who wants to drive 610 if we can avoid it?

Ever since Covid shut down everything, we had zero office appointments, and yet we continue operating just fine. Half of our clients are local, the other half is nationwide - no difference really.
