Just getting Started in Real estate, Looking for house flipper

Hello Everyone

Over the past year and a half, I have been studying and researching and learning as much as possible about real estate. As I learned from you guys experience that acting is the only solution. That been said, in my situation starting out with house flipping, and as we all know house flipping could be very tricky and a lot of experience need, for that reason, I'm looking to work with an investor that does house flipping, helping with his flip investments as much as possible, located in Roanoke Virginia or surrounded area such Salem VA, Daleville VA, Blacksburg VA, Cave Spring VA, Christiansburg VA, and Lynchburg VA. This will be a voluntary help. Keeping in mind I'm a full-time Design engineer, but I'm willing to put all my free time including weekends and holidays in helping and gaining the right experience and built the right connections.
