Financing/Refinancing Rental Properties during Pandemic

Are you guys having trouble finding financing for investment properties due to the pandemic? I've worked with a broker for some years now and when I inquired whether it would be good time to cashout refi on a couple of my properties she informed that lenders are shying away from rentals.  What have been your experiences?
