Direct Hard Money Lender Recommendation for San Diego?

HI! I am looking to invest in my first deal, and the market is crazy. I've been in analysis paralysis stages for 5 years. 

Last night I saw a place that looks like a good BRRRR.Yay, finally I am so excited! It will most likely have multiple offers, so I need to get a good direct hard money lender to pay in cash. Does anyone have a good one or any tips?
