I would like to sell a rental property I have with a tenant in it who doesn’t want to leave or let people in. Using corona as a way to Keep buyers out. Her lease isn’t up until February 28th 2021. I would love to offload this property to focus more on my local Columbus Ohio location. Any suggestions on how best to handle this?

You can sell a tenant occupied property to someone who will buy it sight-unseen, but don't expect to get market value for it. Unless you really need to dump this NOW I suggest waiting until her lease is up, then taking care of any cosmetic issues and/or deferred maintenance and sell it to a retail buyer. Shoot me a PM if you'd like more insight on the current state of the Owings Mills market.
