Looking for RE broker in Milwaukee

Hi everyone! Newbie investor from Los Angeles here and big BP fan! :) I love this City of Champs (Yayyy Lakers & Dodgers!!!!!), but I cannot afford to invest here! 

I am looking at Milwaukee, where I have family and friends about an hour away! 

Do you know of an investor-friendly RE broker in Milwaukee? Looking to buy a small MF by the end of the year. 

Also looking for a property manager!
