Anyone use Rentometer to gauge rent?

Hey has anyone used Rentometer to gauge rent in an area? Is it reliable? Anyone had a bad experience with it. Trying to figure out how heavily I can rely on it?

Just look up Zillow listings in the area you are looking to rent a unit in and track how long the listing stays up on the website. The shorter the listing is active the more accurate the rental amount is.
