Looking to do my first deal...NEED REAL ADVICE

Here's a property in St. Joseph, MO. I've been looking at! I wanted to get a bank loan to buy the property, and try to rent out each bedroom to college students that attend the neighboring University for about $200-$300! I would appreciate if you could give me some feedback on this decision. I'm looking to find a contractor in the area that could come inspect the place for me before I go through with the deal, in case there are some repairs needed! Here's the link below:
