Building my network of contractors - Durham + Research Triangle

I'm on the market for a 2nd property within a few hours drive of Durham, and I'm looking to build a team of contractors to address any issues. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Also, if there are any investment communities/groups that are still doing networking events virtually, I'd definitely be interested in meeting like-minded folks to talk strategy, etc.
