Wholesale Mentor Philadelphia/ South Jersey
Hello everyone, I am 19 years old and want to start generating income for future investments. I’ve been researching wholesaling a lot recently and I have questions I just can’t seem to find the answers to. I hope to find a mentor around my area who can really show me how to get started and be successful in wholesaling.

There are a lot of good investors in Philadelphia. A mentor would likely be more receptive if you bird dog for them or have something to offer in exchange.
