El Paso, Texas Real Estate Investment Analysis

Hello!

I am currently saving and house-hacking for my first deal, but have been diligently working on the analytical aspect of Real Estate, specifically SFH and 2-4 Multi-Unit properties. Although I do not have the funds to begin my journey on my own, I would like to ask if I can provide my computer and analytical skills to any investor who doesn't have time to analyze or search high volume properties and would this be a valuable trait? My goal is to provide my skills for free in hopes of learning as much as possible. I understand some may have products and teams, but I am hoping to find the right fit.
