Construction new build multi family home
Looking for some guidance 2021 my plan is to purchase a 2 acre land zoned to build multi family units here in Port St. Lucie Florida what is the best way to launch this project funding construction budgeting any help will be greatly appreciate it. I was thinking phase 1 build one building .Rent them out and then start the second building. I can finance the land and build at the same time from the same bank that’s what I have I have been told
