Hello good people!

How to go about getting a loan to purchase and build on a vacant lot around Accord NY?

We think we found a vacant lot we like, listed by the seller's agent who is professionally committed to represent the seller.

We need to make an offer and be ready to proceed

Any Lenders, Real Estate Agents, or Builders you would recommend for Accord NY?

For construction loans, I recommend going with the smaller, more local banks. Salisbury Bank and Walden Savings Bank could be good options for you.
