Rehabbing a property without a GC
GC quit 2 days after closing. Debating on if I should sub the job myself or find a new GC. This is an out of town flip. I do have a PM.
Searching for the order in which things should go.
Example 1.Roof 2. Plumbing 3.HVAC.....
