Damage or Wear-and-Tear - kitchen cabinet chipped
When tenant moved out, one kitchen cabinet was chipped - please see pic. Only cost $10 to repair, should it be added to security deposit deductions or is it wear and tear item? Property is in NJ.

@Michael Krober I would count this as wear and tear, especially since the cost to repair is very low.
