Investment Info:

Condo fix & flip investment in Las Vegas.

Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $13,500

still on the market. I fought hard for this deal for about 18 months. Listed it for awhile until they finally accepted my offer. It is not getting much attention on the MLS but hope that changes in 2021
