Legal entity Nevada LLC/Wyoming LLC/Alabama LLC

Hi All

We are planning to buy to SF rental properties homes in Alabama and we live in California. We wanted insight as to which the best structure in which we should the properties:

1. Nevada LLC registered as foreign entity in Alabama and hold property under a land trust

2. Directly have an Alabama LLC

3. Wyoming LLC registered as foreign entity in Alabama and hold property under a land trust
