Have pro mem'ship, can't access PRO member account (Win 10)

I have been a PRO account member since June 2020, however, I can't access PRO member features on my Laptop (Win 10). 

I can access Pro Features on iPhone without any issues.

Can anyone help me out in gaining access to pro account on laptop? Appreciate it in advance.
