Turnkey Rehabbed Investing

Hi all,

I’m curious to know if anyone on here has experience with companies who rehab undervalued properties and sell them to investors? Personally, the idea of having a turnkey property that has already been rehabbed/added value is attractive. The few that I’ve looked into also have a team that manages the properties.

Just wanted to reach out and get some thoughts/see if anyone has experience with these kinds of companies. Feedback is appreciated!
