New investor in Middletown NY
Hello bigger pockets family, I recently purchased my first home in Middletown NY area and would like to know any advise you guys have for me. Its a two family home not much of an attic and not much of a basement. My biggest issue is that the house has one furnace, I was thinking of putting furnace in attic. Right now owner pays heat which is 415$ a month. There is a father son living there, so when I officially take over I would like to see what I do. What can I do for now?
