Hi,

Any one investing or looked into Fort Erie?  Any potential there for cash flow rentals? Or would it be better in St Catharines or Niagara?

I know a developer that built 100+ homes in Fort Erie.. it is still way behind in trying to get itself on the map.. It still has a rural feel to it.

St Cats and Niagara Falls the prices have jumped in the last half of 2020 between 15-20%. This price increase has hurt the ratios quite a bit. It is a bit more challenging to cash flow on homes purchased now as the price increase and the rents stayed relatively stagnant. Then again the interest rates are so favorable now that you can somehow make the numbers work..
