Hello BP Community

My name is Deirdre Renick and I am currently in Ansbach, Germany. My husband is in the US Army and we have been in Germany for 2.5 years. We started our journey with financial independence when we discovered Ramsey on YouTube. That program and his book changed our lives for the better and in 3 months we will be debt free. We contribute to the government TSP but would also like to have a real estate portfolio in the near future. Most of the books we have been reading have been suggested from BP and right now we are learning as much as we can. I am hoping to purchase a rental house by mid-2021. As far a location we are still debating areas since anywhere we choose would be long distance real estate. We have lived in Cape Coral, FL; Texas and Louisville, KY and are familiar with the areas. Would love to connect with some experienced investors. Thank you for all the content and discussions. They really do provide great information and encouragement for future investors.
