Hi! I've been a member of BiggerPockets, devouring the info, and I think I'm finally ready to get started. I want to buy some properties in either Moab or St George to use as vacation rentals. Is there anyone on here that is familiar with these areas? I would love any information and tips you'd be willing to impart. Thanks!
