Sanford Maine Rental market?
Is any one familiar with the Sanford Maine Rental market? Interested in some properties and would love to connect. I am not too familiar with the area. It seems like there is an excessive amount of MFH on the market.

Not too familiar either, but had a friend who owned & rented north of there. Had a good experience but didn’t stay in the market due to the long winters.
