Starting in Real Estate, Finding a Wholesale Mentor

I’m a young aspiring investor out of CT and am looking for advice on how to really dive into the real estate game. I’ve been interested in wholesaling for a while, and would really like to use it to help fuel the long term goal of owning rentals.
