Househack San Diego, CA / Rentals in Austin, TX

Brand new to the site. I have two deals under my belt using the VA loan. I sold both properties and moved out to San Diego for a new position. Looking for networking in the San Diego and Austin areas. Happy to meet connect whenever is convenient.

My goal is to use my VA loan again except this time look for a 2-4 unit property in San Diego or Orange County to house hack. Looking to also purchase a rental property in Austin, TX in the next few months as well. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
