Getting Started in the St. Pete/ Tampa, Florida area

Hello all, this is my first post and after years of analysis paralysis I’m pretty excited about this. 

I’m currently looking for good lenders in the St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida area to take my first step of action. What's the best lending options for first time buyers? I would really appreciate your recommendations.
