RentRedi - Easy to navigate for tenants, accounting features?

Has anyone used this platform? Likes, Dislikes?

Looking to switch over, looked into buildium and not enough units for appfolio.

Account Closed Right now I'm going old school credit card / bank statements and receipts. Pretty much (NOT MUCH) of a system. Would be great to check it out. Based on what RentRedi does I think it's pretty awesome and will most likely be pulling the trigger on this for a simpler management system.

@Steven Perre I'm currently working on a product along these lines (real estate accounting). Send me a message if you're interested in checking it out. I think you're right, everything seems to be geared more towards property management rather than investor finances. What are you using at the moment?

@Brian Liscio - Have you had any trouble with getting your tenants set-up on the app? I'm looking into RentRedi (versus Cozy/TenantCloud) but worry that some tenants will have trouble with the mobile app only structure.

I used RentRedi for ~the past year and see the value in its simplicity.

Tenants using the mobile app to put in a repair request is a great help. (no more tracking it in Excel)

Also, the tenants paying the rent in the app. Another great way to automate.

I think buildium may be the way to go for accounting or just keeping up your own schedule E’s.

@Eric Barnett Was hoping someone answered as I am looking into their software also. Seems like it's more property management and not accounting based to keep records for tax purposes.
