Guidance on Commercial Real estate

Hello guys,

We are investors based in DC Metro and primarily focus on Multifamily, Self Storage & MHP. We are seriously considering Austin market and would like to invest in the very near term. To maximize the economies of scale, we would prefer a medium to large size deal, rather than focusing on single family homes.

- What would be the most ideal areas to invest in & around Austin for Commercial real estate? With my limited research looks like most of the growth is towards North & Northwest.

- What kind of cap rate can we expect for B/B- apartment complexes vs Self Storage and Mobile home parks?

- Any potential for buying a MF approved land and doing a ground up construction?

I would really appreciate any leads or guidance from local experts. We would really love to collaborate too.

Thank you,

Kranthi

Hi @Kranthi Dudam. Good to connect with you again!  I enjoyed our past conversations.

You may want to check with Reed Goossens and Andrew Campbell at Wildhorn Capital.  They are deeply involved in the Austin market.

Good luck!
