Hey BP KC! First time investor and first time posting here.

After reading many books, listening to podcasts, and doing tons of research I am looking to start my real estate investing journey and buy a property to house hack. 

I'm looking to connect with agents, lenders, and contractors in the area familiar working with investors. Additionally, any information on local meetups anywhere within the KC metro would be appreciated, thanks!
