A LLC question for out-of-state investing

I am looking to buy properties in another state that I do not currently live in. I am looking to set up an LLC just for the new properties in the other state. Should I form an LLC in that particular state? Or should I form my new LLC in the state I'm currently in which is Texas and then register that LLC in the other state?

I think you should set it up in Wyoming, there are a lot of benefits setting up a single purpose entity in Wyoming.
