AirBNB' with out owning? How do I determine the need in my area
Looking to see if anyone does Air BNB and does not own the property? I am trying to determine if there is a need for a corporate style one in our area. I have looked at the Air BNB DNA sites and would just like to see if anyone may have a little more insights on how I should go about determining the demand in my area, as it is not in a normal area.
