Hey Everyone,

Newbie here,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with condo’s in the Northern Liberties/Fishtown area and how they’re doing. Looking to invest here and any insight on what has worked and what hasn’t, would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, @Greg Ranjitsingh welcome to the community. Northern Liberties and Fishtown are some of the best markets to get into in Philly. I will say though you're limiting yourself by only looking at condos. I would expand your search to include SFH or just the classic row.

Now if your looking for condos I can assume you're looking for a buy-and-hold play. While you will be paying a significant premium for the area, the appreciation alone will cover your holding costs, or if you don't feel like waiting, flip the house and make a killer return. Especially in this market.

If you have any more questions certainly reach out!
