The SoCal Conundrum for a New Investor

Hi BP Family,

For some time I've wanted to get into real estate investing and if I had been more educated and aware in my early 20's I probably could have quite easily. Unfortunately, life got in the way, and years passed by. Over the last several years the desire has renewed and now my wife is on board and we're committed to building our real estate business. We have extremely limited capital and live in SoCal. I'd love to invest in my backyard but with the price of the market out here I'm not sure it's possible for us. We are working on building our business plan and would love to connect with local investors. We've come across one local club but with the whole pandemic thing, meeting new folk has proved challenging. So, if you're a SoCal investor, we'd love to get to know you.
