Gatlinburg 1/4 vs 2/2 cabins
Looking to build in Gatlinburg. Trying to decide a cabin with 4 bedrooms vs 2 with 2 bedrooms?
Any people with experience with both types of investments that could share their thoughts on this?

Use airdna.co to get STR projections in your are by number of bedrooms. I decided to go for one extra bedroom (4 total) in a different but similar market one year ago based on their insight. They were spot on with their projections for me so far.
I bought their service for 1 month and then canceled it. Will buy again when I need it
