Should I roll over my 401k into an eQRP?
Hi All,
I'm considering rolling my 401k over into a eQRP plan and hoping to hear from others that have experience with using the eQRP plan, particularly for real estate investing. The website advertises this plan as an alternative investment option to a SDIRA, with an annual contribution limit of $57k. Has anyone else had any experience investing in the eQRP plan or discussed it with a tax attorney?

The short answer: eQRP is just a fancy marketing name for a 401k with some bells and whistles added. You may be better off talking to our resident 401k experts: @Dmitriy Fomichenko, @Brian Eastman and @Bernard Reisz
